Keperra is a suburb in the City of Brisbane, Queensland, Australia that is located roughly 9km northwest of the Brisbane central business district. Keperra is surrounded by the following suburbs: Ferny Hills, Arana Hills, Everton Hills, Mitchelton, Enoggera, The Gap, St Johns Wood, Upper Kedron, and Ferny Grove. 

The name of the suburb comes from Yuggera words “kipper”/”kippa” which indicate a young man. There used to be two bora rings within the suburb, one near the corner of Samford Road and Keperra street while the other one disappeared when the Keperra Country Club was constructed. The theory is that the name derives from the initiation ceremonies of young men performed at those bora rings. 

Both the Keperra railway station and Grovely railway station provide access to regular Queensland Rail City network services to Ferny Grove, Brisbane, and Beenleigh. The Brisbane Transport offers a bus service along Route 362 between The Gap and Brookside Shopping Centre with stops at Great Western Shopping Centre, Keperra railway station, Grovely railway station, and Mitchelton railway station.
