Mansfield is a suburb of Brisbane, Australia and is situated approximately 11km southeast of the Brisbane. Surrounding Mansfield are suburbs Carina Heights, Carindale, Belmont, Mackenzie, Rochedale, Wishart, Upper Mount Gravatt, and Mount Gravatt East. Mansfield was named after Sir Alan Mansfield in 1967, the current Queensland governor at the time. The suburb has an agricultural past, consisting mainly of dairy cattle and sheep grazing.
